Submitting Work Order/Maintenance Requests
See how Tenants, Property Managers and Maintenance personnel can easily submit maintenance requests

From the top-right section of your website Work Order Users can easily navigate to the Work Order Portal and login to submit and view Work Order/Maintenance Request statuses. The system will navigate to the correct page based on the Work Order User Type. Once a Work Order/Maintenance Request is submitted all Property Manager and Property Maintenance personnel will be immediately notified via email notifications with the details and links to login view details, add notes and ensure efficiencies across a property management organization.
- Property Tenants users: Submit and view the status of their submissions
- Property Managers user: Submit, view statuses, assign maintenance personnel and make notes
